How to operate our heavy duty rebar bender:

1. After confirming the voltage and frequency of the power supply, insert the plug into the power supply.

2. Press and hold the switch, let the piston push out the push block, and go for an empty stroke. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the gap between the push block and the head frame. When the pushing rod reaches the end, please release the switch and pull the valve for returning. The piston will automatically return under the action of the spring. After the return, release the handle and complete a bending job.

3. Please lay the rebar flat and place it at the bottom of the push block. Press and hold the switch, when the rebar is bent / adjusted to the required angle, release the switch, and then pull the valve for returning.

If you need to bend the thinner rebar, please disconnect the power supply, then take out the Allen wrench attached with the machine, loosen the screw, rotate the bending die 180 degrees, and then tighten the screw.
